I take this opportunity to describe to you what you can look forward to when staying with us.
If You wish to spend holidays in a private accommodation at a quiet holiday destination, and at the same time enjoy the natural beauty and still be close to a larger tourist destination as Rovinj in Istria, then we invite you to stay with us.

In the event you bring your pet dog with you, you must also bring their bed, we do not allow pets to sleep on our beds for health reasons and you will also understand that their hair can be extremely difficult to remove. (Thank you in advance).

I’m happy to see that you are seriously thinking about spending your holidays in Rovinj and believe me you’ll be delighted. In view of the fact that our economy has dropped somewhat, and we have mainly our tourism industry to depend on, we all try and ensure more than ever that our guests have a great time and wonderful memory of Rovinj so they continue coming back again and again (as they do).
There is ample secure parking in front of Murano (our home) where it may stay there for the whole time you are in Rovinj as a car will really not be necessary here.
Rovinj is a small fishing town of aprox. 13,000 inhabitants so everything you may possibly need is close by.

To get to Rovinj’s town centre would take you about 15 – 20 minutes of casual walking, Cuvi beach is 5 – 10 minutes away, the market and drug store about 2 - 3 minutes.
A good suggestion would be (if possible) to bring your bicycles with you, you’ll have a great time with them.
As for the bicycle rentals, (which have gone up to 7-10 €/day) it may be cheaper to purchase a new one in the shop as it could cost you the same as if you rented one for say a ten day vacation.

Holiday apartments Murano Rovinj offer 7 fully furnished apartments which are equipped to meet your needs for a pleasant and comfortable holidays stay.

Apartments A - 1, A - 2, A - 3, B - 1, C - 1, D - 1 and E - 1 are equipped with air-conditioning, heating and satellite TV .
Electricity and water charges are already included in the price of the apartments.
Each apartment is equipped with dishes and linen, all you need to bring with you are beach towels, you can even use the washing machine ( specially provided for our holiday guests ) free of charge and is located in a separate section.
Also included in the price is a change of linen (for guests staying longer than 7 days).

Holiday Rovinj, holiday in Istria

To tell you honestly, Rovinj ( Istria ) has no sandy beaches, the beaches here are stony or pebbly, however this very thing ensures us a crystal clear and clean sea and believe me you’ll like it better than the sand. At times there are little sand bays here and there but they’re usually full of children.
Likewise the beach cove Cuvi is also a mix of pebble – stone which indicates an extremely clean and clear beach. As with all coves Cuvi too has smaller sandy parts which are reserved for children.
Another good piece of advice is to bring with you (or buy here) a pair of thongs or sandals as the rocks in some places around Rovinj are known to be a little sharp.
For reservations of our Rovinj apartments, a deposit of 100 € is necessary.

A copy of deposit is to be faxed to 00385 52 814 300 only then are you guaranteed that your apartment is reserved for you and will be available from 13:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 the day of departure. ( the times in between are needed for cleaning and preparations for future guests ).

For total relaxation whilst in the home of Murano apartments Rovinj, we offer ( at additional cost ) the following services:
- You are free to use our barbecue in the courtyard free of charge.
As for the grill and food preparations in Murano ( our home ), there’s no problem whatsoever, you can go and buy whatever fish or meat you choose and cook it on the grill yourself, or if you’d prefer WE will prepare it for you.

Or you can allow me to prepare your whole dinner for you.
I did this a few times for some of our guests last year ( as we also had a restaurant once ) and people loved it so much that I continued with it.
As I often take them to places where they can buy their fish cheaper, and since our guests have little time I usually take the liberty to clean it for them.
In one case, by the time they organized themselves getting the rest of the items, condiments etc. I just prepared the whole thing for them.
I then decided that on request I will prepare the whole dinner for our guests.
But again however you wish is fine with us.
For a fish dinner ( for one person ) I use 2 fish (about 700-900g) and prepare them for 150kn. ( 20 € ). In the price is included a small appetizer ( usually octopus salad ) and salad.
In case someone wishes just one fish, then the price is 100 kn.
As for a preparation of " small fish " or sardines, the price is 50kn for one kg of fish. Sardines are prepared without any appetizers or side dishes ( except olive oil ).
Prices for meat menus are as per arrangements, but again however you wish is fine with us.

- There is ample parking reserved for guest cars only 10 meters from our home and apartments.

- Guests of our holiday apartments who choose to use the Internet are charged at a rate of 5 € per hour.
We also have a children’s swimming pool for your convenience, ( also free of charge ).
- Breakfast ...... 5 € , Pets ...... 4 € .
There are many more ways to enjoy your holidays in Rovinj, here are just a few more: sightseeing, diving, yachting, (a one day cruise around Rovinj’s islands on a cruiser - about 25 €. per person) hiring a yacht .... .

Addition for 1 day stay in apartments is 100%, for 2 days 50%, for 3 days 30%.
